QFL2G
The QFL2G is a Security Forces Communications Unit Type Code (UTC) designed to deliver a robust, Type 1 mesh network communications capability tailored for Air Base Defense operations. This system enables seamless interoperability with Joint and Combined Forces, leveraging a suite of advanced waveform software, including ATAK, Wraith, MOUS, and Phantom. These waveforms are specifically engineered to support NATO and U.S. allied communications, providing a decisive tactical edge in contested environments. The QFL2G ensures secure, resilient, and flexible communications across a wide range of operational scenarios.
The suite features modular layouts that include all necessary operational equipment, software, and waveform packages for both single and multi-channel handheld radio suites, as well as manpack radios. It also integrates power generation capabilities, enabling the rapid establishment of Base Defense Operations Centers (BDOCs). Communications coverage spans ground, airborne, and beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) domains, and the system is engineered to remain operational even under sophisticated Electronic Warfare (EW) threats, ensuring mission continuity and command-and-control superiority in dynamic threat environments.
